Hello, I’m Betsy!  Lover of baked goods, billiards, cruises, and all things Disney.  I am incredibly passionate about demonstrating the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serving others.

I have loved baking ever since I was little; I was always helping my mother and grandmothers in the kitchen!  My baking knowledge has continued to grow by watching PBS, Food Network, and Cooking Channel.  I have also taken online baking courses from King Arthur Flour and have intently studied the book, “Ratio: The Simple Codes Behind the Craft of Everyday Cooking” by Michael Ruhlman.
